Family Values
Becky Duncan Massey is a Knoxville native. She and her husband, Morton, have been married since 1976, with both earning bachelor’s degrees from the University of Tennessee. They are proud parents of two adult daughters, Courtney and Kristen, and granddaughter Bailey. The Masseys are members at NewLife Gathering Church.

FAMILY LEGACY
Becky grew up in Holston Hills where the Duncan family always participated in service to help their community. Her late father, John J. Duncan Sr., served as Mayor of Knoxville from 1959-1964 and as a U.S. congressman from 1964-1988. Her brother, John J. Duncan Jr., also served as a U.S. congressman from 1988-2018. The Duncan family have continued to devote a life of service to their community, their state and their country.
